Our practice is committed on providing patient education, high standards of infection control and quality preventative dental care.  We pride ourselves on making dental visits a positive pleasant experience for everyone.

We'll answer your questions about how our services can improve your smile and complete oral health.

 

APPOINTMENT TIMES

We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately.  We appreciate 24 hour notice so that this time may be given to another patient.

REGULAR VISITS

We believe in the benefits of regular preventative care, and, therefore encourage all of our patients to return for periodic recall visits.  For your convenience we can pre-book your next recall and then follow-up to confirm the appointment our staff  has scheduled for you.

At the time of your recall visits, please advise the receptionist of any change in your: overall health; any medications you are taking, marital status, address, telephone number, employment, or insurance change.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

At present we are using the 2008 Dental fee guide.  We make every effort to keep the costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care.  You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit.  If your treatment plan requires several visits, we can provide you with an estimate and accommodate any financial concerns. 
 


 INSURANCE

Insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the costs of your care.  Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible, and other expenses which is the responsibility of the patient.

If you are fortunate enough to be covered by dental benefits, please bring your insurance plan information (ie. policy booklet and benefit card) with you at your first visit.  With this information, we will have a more detailed understanding of your benefits and thus can assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
